Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. In those rare instances when we might not meet your expectations, I promise two things: First, that it was not for lack of effort, for negligence or merely for dereliction of duty. Please join us Sunday, April 28th at 5:30pm for our monthly 5-course wine-pairing dinner featuring the region of Campania.
For this 5-course wine dinner we'll be featuring the delicious food and wines of the rich southern region of Campania and its capital city of Naples.
A region where beauty and culture coexist, from Naples to the Amalfi Coast, from Pompeii to the Royal Palace of Caserta, in a kaleidoscope of colors, perfumes and emotions that fill the eyes and the heart. The Vesuvius on the Gulf of Naples is one of the very few still active volcanoes in Europe. The two beautiful gulfs of Naples and Salerno with the Amalfi coast, separated by the Sorrento peninsula, are world famous for the high cliffs, sandy bays, grottoes and islands .
Each view with its astonishingly beautiful landscapes and dramatic coastlines is an enchanting postcard picture, and such a great experience for the senses, with the feel of the air, the view of the sea and the odors of the pine trees, lemons and oranges.Famous throughout the world for its Amalfi Coast that some call "the most beautiful coastline in the world" this is where you find the beautiful cities of Naples, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento, Amalfi, Pompei and the islands of Capri and Ischia.
Although this region's cuisine is mostly famous for its pasta and pizza it also comprises some of the best vegetables and seafood in all of Italy. Its regional specialties include San Marzano tomatoes, artichokes, Sorrento lemons, buffalo mozzarella, spaghetti alla Puttanesca and linguine alle Vongole.
It’s famous wines include the whites Fiano di Avelino, Greco di Tufo and Fallanghina while its reds comprise Lachryma Cristo, Aglianico and Taurasi.
